Jan 26,2022I just received an order from BookOutlet.com (Canadian side) and one of the books came quite damaged. This wasn't surprising as there was lots of room in the box and nothing to prevent the books from knocking into each other. Two corners of the book were bent and the first page was crumpled badly. I contacted them and provided pictures and they are shipping me a replacement free of charge. I’m still going to remove a star due to the lack of padding but otherwise am very pleased and would order again.

Nov 17,2021Ive been a customer for years. Recently the site went down and they did updates. When it came back up suddenly my orders were being cancelled. Very rude response from customer service, in short, "we aren't shipping to your state anymore." Website states they ship worldwide and I live In the USA! No one will answer via email or phone except the one rude ticket response.

THIS IS A GHETTO AS IT GETS. DEFINITELY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IN BULK FROM THEM. YOU'LL BE STUCK W/ IT. THEYRE GOAL IS OBVIOUSLY TO GET THESE ITEMS OFF THEIR HANDS BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER BASE AT ALL. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN & AS A NATL COMMTY ORGANIZER WILL TELL EVERYONE ELSE NOT TO DO BUSINESS W/ THEM!!

All of the books were in perfect condition. I will say, this is a dangerous site to be on... So many good books for cheap means I place lots of orders!! But I'm okay with that.

Apr 06,2022This is the best thing I've bought. For my daughter's summer break, I hope I will get the books on time and in good shape. It was good, but I also hope that this site can add more books for parents at low prices. Only one thing I'm not sure about is whether or not there are free returns or not. It would be nice if I didn't have to return anything because I like the names. Describe books more so parents can figure out how many pages there are and how they look on the front and back of books at least.
