May 09,2022Except for the fact the site has too little fiction and that using points is difficult, this is an oasis of inexpensive reading. Books arrive well packed and in fine shape. The occasional side marking is an issue when buying gifts. Also, one guesses due to reduced staff, it sometimes takes a week for an order to even leave the warehouse. Hoping this will get back to normal.

May 01,2022Prices are always the best you can find. Books are often new or near new (The do sell "scratch and dent" books so if you want excellent condition be sure that's not what you are ordering). I've only had one problem in my orders and that was dealt with quickly and politely. Orders can take a couple of weeks to arrive but that is the only real negative about buying there.
