Apr 28,2022Called your customer service regarding order. Poor service not helpful at all. In addition, customer service reps do not answer phones as stated on your audix so I had to call three times before finally getting someone on the phone.

Apr 26,2022I was not notified in any way that the one book I most wanted had gone out of stock before my order was packed and shipped. I would have canceled the order had I known. Also, the tracking information on my package was confusing. It seemed to show that my box hung out at my local post office for 3-4 days before it was delivered. I realize that Book Outlet has no control over delivery issues but it was still annoying.

Apr 25,2022TOOK 10 DAYS FOR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED. BOX WAS BROKEN OPEN ON ONE COMPLETE SIDE WHICH I ASSUME WAS NOT BOOK OUTLETS FAULT BUT A SHIPPING FACTOR. COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH ORDER OF 19 BOOKS.

Apr 25,2022A decent company. Prices pretty good, I like their weekly deals. Also, wish they had a more extensive line of Christian books. Shipping takes awhile and hard to use their shipment tracking. You can't readily see where the package is exactly. I would use them again.

I would have given 5 stars but I took one off because the selection isn't always what I hope for and it seems that the same titles keep coming back.

Apr 16,2022As a first time buyer on this site, I was pretty happy overall. The books that come are new, but definitely beat up. They aren't boxed for protection, so spines are bent. Only 3 of the 20- something books came with a large,ugly sharpie mark across the top, not quite "discreet". If I could suggest anything, it would be better packaging.

Apr 16,2022Your bookstore is excellent and offers good books at low prices. I have bought several books from you. However, recently I bought your book "Bird Songs" for a 3-year old. I expected it to have a few actual songs to hear, but when I got it, there were none. Just a few pages telling the reader that a bird might say "Caw" and another bird might say "Coo" and another might make the sound "Chip." That's okay but you should clarify it when describing the book.
