Only problem was that I asked for something specific on one of my orders, and the proof arrived without it. But that was quickly resolved and only caused minor delays.

Oct 30,2024I needed to reprint my wedding album. I had the photos on my apple mac in the photo application but the option to create a book from the application no longer worked ( mac was too old) I was able to create a pdf from the application and upload it to your site . I received 1 book as a proof then 2 more as print run. The result was great. However I have 2 comments 1) I would have preferred to have the inner pages printed on paper thicker than 130gsm.(I did ask but was told that it wasn't possible) 2) I only really wanted one copy. Maybe this wasn't the best or most economic way to print one copy

Oct 29,2024I used book printing U.K. when I launched my book during the COVID epidemic. The process was easy even though the rest of the country was in turmoil. I have since gone back periodically to order small batch runs on several occasions, the turnaround for every order however small in quantity has been no more than a few days. Great service at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend based upon my personal experience.

I am not very computer savvy and they helped me all the way through my order answering any questions I had and explaining what I needed to do. They answered all e-mails promptly. My order was dispatched quickly after completion.

No pushy sales ploys just good advice. The results are great. My booklet has really 'gone down' well and more copies were an excellent price. I love them, the printers that is!!
