Sep 28,2024Very easy process. My account manager was only a call away for advice. Good communication, apart from some weird timing of automatic emails. Good quality product and the proof was exactly the same finish as the final product so making corrections etc was easy as was uploading the final manuscript.

There is just something so satisfying and tactile about a book. The quality and attention to detail at every stage of the process were very impressive. Caroline could not have been more helpful; her knowledge and advice were invaluable and greatly reduced the stress involved. Meeting her and visiting the printing floor brought the printing process to life. I am extremely happy and look forward to working with the team on my next journal.

Oct 04,2024Outstanding, effortless and really good value. I live close enough and so make an appointment to visit and meet my account manager. I loved both the office aesthetics and vibes, and came away confident that my book was in very good hands. The colours I wanted for the fabric cover were not standard, but this was not a problem, I got what I had initially envisaged. Having done all the editing and illustrations myself I cannot comment on that side of things, but all communications were quickly answered, the book is stunning and I have already reordered more. Very highly recommended
