Sep 20,2024I created a book of poems to help cope with my grief and sadness at a personal loss. I found this website and discovered that the whole process was simple and easy to follow. All the templates I needed were on the website and there are clear instructions and guides on every step. Having a personal account manager means good, sustained communication through the project until completion. Checks along the way for formatting and size very important, with the final design layout supported by the in house team. Then finished product looks and feels amazing. My front cover has a personal photo on it, which is enhanced by the layering embossing. A good price for a short print run, with my files held for any repeat runs. Overall, I am very satisfied and a little proud of the achievement.

Sep 03,2024Have taken delivery of my third book that BookPrintingUK have produced for me in the past 14 months. This was my most ambitious project so far, A4 landscape hardback with foiled self cover, four colour process to bleed throughout 396pp on the heaviest paper available. The file was a massive 1.1gb, with over 2500 photos, so for me this book was a monster to handle, but for BookPrintingUK it was like a lamb. Once again, the process was expertly handled throughout with caring internal contacts at the company who looked after the process flawlessly. There was one technical problem, with a headline font I used throughout, that would unpredictably change to a default font; this was spotted at the printed proof stage and the technical staff sorted it out for me in the final product. The whole process, from quote through file handling, proofing and production to delivery, was slick and in line with projected timings. The finished books are so well packaged that everything arrived in pristine condition. I'm delighted with and very proud of the finished result, customers keep telling me how beautifully produced the book looks and feels; so I'm a very happy camper and will continue to return for future projects. For me, the third time was a charm, just as much as the first two times.
