We believe in making special occasions that little bit more special.
Our journey started with the personalised Marshmallow, aka The Edible Selfie which launched in December 2014.
Since then we have launched an exploding card range! The original exploding card, the Boomf Bomb, bursts free from the envelope in a confetti shower and leaves you with a personalised photo cube.
Other products include the oh-so-cute Wild Card Collection, the flying Flutter Card and mouth watering Personalised Chocolate.
We aim to spread smiles and put the joy back into sending a card.

Jan 26,2024What is wrong with this company. They send out discount codes. So you use them. But after making a card you've spent time doing. 4 times now the discount code has not worked. Now it is 9bvious that you should not immediayely use your 15%/ or other reduction as the site us slow and takes time to be abke to use, or else It does not work. Please beware! This time I complained about a 15%discount on a £12 card. They required so much information I gave up. They eventually gave me 10% off. Won't use them again. Or with great care.

The customer service was fantastic and the team worked really hard to bring my vision to life. Their responses were really prompt and they were very patient with any changes I requested or any delays from our end. I'm so happy with our final product and would definitely recommend Boomf to any company looking to send some customised gifts to their teams!

Nov 17,2023I love small innovative companies, Boomf is one. I have sent cards to UK, US and Singapore. Each recipient loved their cards, and a few still have them as keepsakes. Recently I made a mistake on a date, not only did Boomf make it right, but gave me a discount. Lovely company!

Big shame really as for what we got, it's massively overpriced ...... Should have stuck with my usual card companies ...... Never again!! 🤦🏼♀️

Nov 07,2023Poor product and poor customer service. Totally disgusted. The company should be prepared to offer refunds when the product fails as I did not get what was advertised. What’s more is I was interrogated on why I took time to raise the complaint and also that they asked I remove the birthday gifts from the recipient and send back for inspection. It wasn’t the contents that were the issue, it’s the experience of exploding confetti, given this is their unique selling point I’d expect better customer service. I will be reporting to trade and standards as this is unacceptable! I have had two photo bombs in the past which worked really well, I advise anyone to avoid purchasing the gift boxes.

Jan 29,2024È la seconda volta che ordino da loro, questa volta purtroppo però non è andata liscia come la prima, ho ordinato il prodotto il 24 gennaio ma dopo 6 giorni ancora non avevo ricevuto la mail di conferma. Li ho contattati tramite mail e Instagram su quest’ultimo mi hanno risposto dopo 5 minuti fornendomi tutti i dati e il numero di tracking. Sono gentilissimi cordiali e velocissimi nella risposta. Adesso attenderò che mi arrivi il prodotto e vi farò sapere se la sorpresa uscirà come la prima. Sicuramente ordinerò ancora da loro veramente affidabili
