Our journey started with the personalised Marshmallow, aka The Edible Selfie which launched in December 2014.
Since then we have launched an exploding card range! The original exploding card, the Boomf Bomb, bursts free from the envelope in a confetti shower and leaves you with a personalised photo cube.
Other products include the oh-so-cute Wild Card Collection, the flying Flutter Card and mouth watering Personalised Chocolate.
We aim to spread smiles and put the joy back into sending a card.

Saw this on insta..read the reviews and placed order for son's anniversary card gift, great service, received within 3 days. However the sleeve said Happy Birthday rather than Happy Anniversary, so contacted Customer Service and they replaced without a bat of an eyelid. VERY IMPRESSED. As a result of their high standard of service, I've ordered another two for other birthday gifts. Can't wait to see the cards pop .....

Unfortunately there was no boomf for Us! However I have seen many videos of this product working beautifully and of course anything can be faulty. What is important here is that the customer services did respond quickly via Facebook messenger, and dealt with the problem in a customer focussed way. Thankyou.

Very good place to buy quality gifts but can be a bit pricey. Would also be good if package tracking was available without downloading an app. Great experience overall but could be better.
When processing my order I'd put wrong address customer service couldn't have been more helpful..
Got a too good to go bag from them and was served by a lovely man who explained everything we need to know about the sweets and goodies we got. (Can’t remember the gentleman’s name). But he was really lovely, as customer service should be
Na twee weken nog steeds niks ontvangen! Blijft ergens hangen bij customs....
Waste of money. Didn't go off. Basically was just a box with sweets in. Complained by email. Was just told to send video of it to them. I certainly wouldn't order again as was 30 people watching at the time she opened and nothing happened so spoil the birthday surprise. Was for a disabled lady and upset her.
Basically my order didn’t come when it said it would and a man named will was really nice talked to me about when it would come and reassured me about it and then gave me a refund as someone should and didn’t complain.
I received a surprise boomf package From a lovely friend .. I then went on to send to two of my friends .. my first friend was so impressed she ordered for her friend .. & i had a query about shipment wish was dealt with straight away .. I’ll definitely order again great company who keeps you up to date with tracking etc .. look forward to ordering again ..
Just checked on social media to find my grandson's 17th birthday is today, not next week as I thought. I rang Boomf and spoke to Will - he has changed my order from "hold" till the date - special delivery at no extra cost to me - my grandson will get his card tomorrow - one day late. Very many thanks Boomf and Will for excellent customer service. Promise my continued business with yourselves.
Very helpful when I put the wrong address xxx
Brought a Boomf card for my son's 21st as he was going away. When he opened the card the confetti just landed in his lap not a surprise explosion not worth the money. I have contacted Boomf customer service twice still received no reply.
First time I purchased a Boomf card was for my husband's first Father's Day with our little baby girl on it. He would display it at work on his desk (I didn't know if he still had it) but now he has a new job I thought I would get him another for his new desk and with pictures of baby number two. He opened it but the card was faulty, so I emailed Boomf's customer service and they sent a replacement with no hesitation. I cannot fault this company at all; the speed and quality of these cards are great too. I will continue to buy these cards from me as it's really fun for the kids!
