Il prodotto è sempre ottimo lo compro e lo faccio comprare da anni .. questa volta però mi è capitata una cosa strana nella ultima consegna c'era una bottiglia aperta e parte del liquido si è versato nell'involucro che serve a proteggere la bottiglia ...dico strana perché non è mai capitato in tanti anni per il resto tutto bene

I have been enjoying Grappa all my adult life , in our italian Restaurant : Calderazzo On 31 in Bangkok, we cannot serve Borgo Vecchio because it is not imported in Thailand ; I am very fond of these grappas and think that irrespective of aging it is superior definitely . I visited the shop by the bridge in Bassano del Grappa . I just ordered some bottles which will have to be hand carried , these are for me to enjoy and share with my few best friends .

Scorso anno abiamo conosciuti la tua grappa nella cittá Bassagno del Grappa e abiamo provati questa grappa a casa. Eravamo tantissimi infatuati. Ormay voremmo regolare una bottiglia al´ una coppia di nostri amici e l´altra fermeremo. Tutto funzionava perfetto, come l´ordinazione, la conferma d´ordine e la spedizione - in breve molto serio. Scusate, ma ora avete un nuovo cliente sicuramente :-)

Although I live in The Netherlands, the whole process (from buying, to paying to getting the package), has been extremely easy and fast. I cannot comment on the quality of the grappa itself since I will gift it to a friend, but I'm sure it will be extremely appreciated as the quality will surely be superb.
