May 19,2021It looks so smart. I debated trying to find a cheaper option, but it is worth paying that bit extra for something with a beautiful, sleek finish and that just works as it is meant to. Easy to attach to the wall and the wire is well hidden. Perfect for signing into at a reception area.

May 14,2021Where do I begin? I'll start off with a big Thank You to James Welch. He was here to help every step of the way! Ordered a Swivel Desk iPad stand, with all the goodies, including Faceplate Branding for our Helicopter Kiosk in Los Angeles, CA USA on 4/30/21. It took me sometime to get my Artwork completed and uploaded, I couldn't save it as an Illustrator File I only have Photoshop. James stepped in and converted the graphics for me and sent for my approval on 5/4/21, which I approved. Bam the completed Bouncepad was delivered on 5/13/2021, that was FAST. Everything was packaged like it came from Apple. Every thing was included, parts and Pieces, clear instructions WoW. I went about seeing everything up at home, super easy to do. And took it into the office to mount today, mounted with no problems at all, and it looks really nice. The ordering instructions were a little hard to understand, I thought the Bouncepad options I wanted cost extra, that wasn't the case at all. You picked your Bouncepad and selected the options, they didn't charge you for them. My Summery, Bouncepad is a 5 Star Company, with 10 Star Employees (James Welch). If I ever need another kiosk, I will be back, I think this thing will last forever though. Apr 28,2021I'm waiting for more than three weeks for my order to arrive and still haven't received it. I understand the delivery comes from the UK and needs to go through customs when entering the EU, but three weeks is absolutely unacceptable and not the standard. With this service level, bouncepad should either think about shipping from a EU warehouse or don't sell to the EU at all. Nowadays, such a service is simply not acceptable. Apr 20,2021Due to a distributor issue, we will not get our order for a month. While I understand this is not fully in their control, they did withdraw payment immediately (not a small cost item of which we ordered 2)...rather than waiting til it shipped. They also said we could substitute the cheaper version (which wouldn’t work) rather than taking the hit and offering an upgrade in order to get it to us in some kind of timely manner. Waiting and disappointed!

May 20,2021Excellent stand to use with our iPad. As a local cricket club with lots of volunteers using the system we wanted a sturdy, easy-to-use & good looking stand/case & Boubceoad is perfect. A little more expensive than we thought it would be when we started looking but worth every penny when it arrived. Fairly easy to set-up although the instructions could be a little clearer - I’d rather an extra couple of pages with larger (and easier to understand) diagrams.
