Purchased 5 Eddy bouncepads for our new bar opening, from initial enquiry to delivery everything was handled fantastically. Really sleek and cool design and cant wait to use them.

Great customer service and efficient! I made a mistake by purchasing the wrong item, but they were able to fix my mistake right away. We are based in the US and sending a package internationally was a bit confusing, but they were able to assist me with as well. It's rare to work with another company who actually cares for their customers, so I was grateful to go with Bouncepad for our wall mounts. Thanks for the great service!

Trato correcto, enviaron el pedido el mismo dia que lo pedi. Por parte del vendedor todo correcto y muy bien atendido. Lo que pasa que con todo esto del Brexit tuve que pagar las aduanas con UPS, de un pedido de 135€ pagué 59.20€ de aduanas a UPS. Para los que pidan, tranquilos que todo lo arreglan ellos y si por ejemplo pagaste con tarjeta en la página, luego los de ups al entregarte el paquete te cobran los gastos en efectivo. todo bien, un 10.

We have been using Bouncepad products for a number of year, in museums and visitor centres. We have always found them to be well designed, robust and secure. This has been matched by fast delivery and helpful staff on the one occasion that we did experience a problem.

I buy it from France, they never said in the website it’s delivered from UK so I should pay duty fees. When it come UPS let the package in an agency 5min from my home. They asked me to pay the tax and refuse to give me any receipt or invoice and accept only cash. I am a professional buyer how can I work with a company like this !!

Excellent Product! This is exactly what we needed! Really well made and came with installation instructions that were really easy to follow. Will definitely be using Bouncepad again in the future, highly recommend them to anyone.

The Bouncepad floor-standing kiosk stand is perfect for the task I need. I was particularly impressed with the fixing kit that was purpose made for the Surface Pro PC that I am using. Communications with the customer services department were excellent when I encountered a slight delay in delivery to the north of Scotland during the recent bad weather. I was so impressed with my purchase that I have already bought a second stand, which arrived very quickly.
