Sep 06,2019Quite expensive promised delivery in 1 to 2 days. Took over a week. Good packaging Good strong design with a heavy base. Be warned it’s Very hard to put it all together especially when the factory fitted brass locking nut is on the wrong way round and cross threaded. Working well now

Aug 29,2019Easy to use website, quality of product is great. I got a product with artwork but needed to be done by a professional or someone able to use correct software. I know they probably don’t do many bespoke like this but felt the extra charge was a large %age and then lucky I was able to get someone to do. Would be great if had some standard designs to choose with your own wording? So not straight forward in my case hence not a full 5 stars ( sorry )

Aug 21,2019The product itself is really good, very sturdy and I like the fact that it is lockable. It looks really professional in reception too. However, it is a NIGHTMARE to put together - get a very patient person to do this and expect some "select" language. The instructions themselves are not very clear as they don't helpfully outline which screws are which and the thread on most of the screws weren't quite right and had to be forced. Make sure that you have a socket driver handy (we don't have one of these as we work at an accountants and our toolbox consists of about 10 flat head screwdrivers and some pens). May the odds be ever in your favour!
