Jul 11,2019Now that I've built it, it's exactly what I need. However---- the screws didn't fit, the instructions were unclear and getting that USB cord through that pipe thing was a nightmare. It took me 3 hours to put together.

But the customer service was excellent (we had a lot of Qs about device compatibility) - got to speak to a real, live, sentient human straight away. And the kiosk stand we ended up buying is great quality and really added something to our event presence. So all in all glad we bought with them.

Jun 18,2019Easy to order, just make sure you select the right tablet. Delivery was quick. Tracking link in the email didn't work, but that is a minor point. Once the Bouncepad arrives it does require some assembling. It is well packed and the instructions are clear. The product itself is of a very high quality and feels such. Now that it is up and the iPad is in it it looks great. This will look fantastic in the reception area.

Jun 11,2019My counter was too thick (standard counter thickness) for IPad Desk Stand. Only discovered after purchase and delivery. Bouncepad offered no solution. Very difficult to reach by phone and they do not respond to emails. Would NOT recommend doing business with this company!!!!
