Speed of service was great and delivery was trackable online service has all the information requited to pick the product you require. Dec 19,2023Bought this last May when it first came out, but only used it recently. Well packed and organised. Very good balance between weight and strength, solid yet still portable. Burns extremely well, easy to clean. Good both for warming and for heating a pot/pan. Minor issue in that the brackets to hold the glass in place were useless, but a few Z brackets soon fixed that. The only thing I'd suggest anyone buy to accompany this is a damper for the chimney, as the draw will burn any fuel far too quickly, and the control a damper offers is a huge improvement, enabling you to switch between a slow burn for staying warm and a fierce burn for cooking. All-in-all a very nice piece of kit well worth the price. UPDATE. I would not have bought a third party damper if the stove came with one.

Dec 02,2023I ordered a traditional wood burning stove, it arrived quickly in about 2 days, well packaged, nothing broken It works fantastically, but there is some misinformation in description For example it says that it comes with 6 pieces of flue/pipe, exactly 2 metres , but in reality is just 1.7 meters once fitted together as they are push fit, If the pipes were 2 meters and the unit over 400 you could fit it in a shed with a slope roof, buy I had to buy another length of pipe to make out for it

Dec 01,2023I purchased the traditional wood burning stove from Boutique Camping, I left a review that I was not getting response from my emails. It turns out that the emails were not received, Boutique was intouch with me and made a pointed effort to resolve the broken glass, as well as all of the miscommunication issues that were post sale concerns. As I posted, the stove is a fantastic very efficient buring stove, extremely well constructed and the burn efficiency of the stove is also well thought out. This is a very efficient unit, not really heavy, very nice stove. Understanding how the glass is to be installed to mitigate cracking will the way forward, will see how that process will work going forward. The company made a very assertive effort to resolving my issues, great guys that made sure we are moving the issues I had forward. I can without a doubt say the stove is what I feel the best on the market for hot tent stoves as well as a 1st notch company behind the product.
