When we were unsure about the poles in the pack, Sam on the customer service phoneline reassured us we had the correct items and talked us through the process. May 12,2024We ordered the 5m Bell tent plus…wow, it’s huge! The tent came within 2 days of ordering it and we are over the moon with it. It took two of us (experienced tent putter uppers) 24 minutes to put it up, (including reading the super easy instructions) and 12 minutes to take it down and get it folded and into the bag. Everything is such great quality, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a brilliant quality tent!

May 08,2024Hi, you guys have great products, but you need to provide better shipping options for customers in North America. 3 Day Express shipping was the only option for non-tent purchases offered on the site, with a message that custom shipping rates might be obtained by contacting you. Well, I did contact you, and nope- was told 3 Day Express DHL is the ONLY option. Come on- I'd buy more stuff from you if you offered cheaper shipping! I didn't need my stuff in 3 days, and would have been much happier to pay much less, even if it took longer to get to me (hell, send my stuff on a cargo ship- I'd rather wait 4 months and save on shipping cost). I paid $248 USD for shipping my accessories- over half the cost of the items themselves! MORE (AND CHEAPER) SHIPPING OPTIONS PLEASE!!!!

May 07,2024I just received and put up my new 6-meter, 4 door bell tent. Set up was surprisingly easy for a structure of this size -- I did it completely by myself, and I'm not as young and strong as I once was! The instructions were clear, and the tent was up and ready to go in about an hour. It will be much faster in the future when I know what I'm doing. Shipping was very fast. I have not dealt with any humans at Boutique Camping, but that's just testament to the efficiency of their website. I have been lusting after one of these tents for about a year... so looking forward to spending nights in my new Summer House!

May 02,2024Takes 20 mins to put up on my own, looks fantastic and didn't really need weathering. The quality is great and is very spacious with lots of headroom for my 6'2" frame. The customer service has been excellent. Highly recommended.

May 17,2024Oh my god it couldn't be easier to assemble or better packaged. In a time when everything comes in reams of plastic wrap and zero instructions it was refreshing to buy from an amazing UK based company who packed the tent so stylishly (not a plastic wrap in sight). The video on the website was super useful and easy to follow and even better that you used a lone female to demonstrate as it proved I could do this alone and I did! The quality is so good. I am so impressed
