The actual tent is stunning and sturdy and seems very well made - haven't had it up in the rain yet but there are no obvious cause for concerns. The courier let them down by abandoning the very expensive and clearly labelled item on the doorstep without knocking or ringing the bell but I let BC know so and their response was fast, courteous and thanked me for letting them know so they could raise it with the courier (a well known and reliable service that had uncharacteristically let itself down on this occasion). Will definitely buy from them again - in fact I have a little list of things I want lol.

Apr 02,2025We bought the 7m Bell Tent and have been delighted. The whole set up looks like it is thought out in detail and using quality materials. Despite the cost of shipping to Spain for a 60kg tent it was well worth it. Special mention should be made of the after sales service we received from Kevin. We had a problem with customs who wanted to charge us a cost that was not appropriate and Kevin took care of everything in a very efficient way, in two days we had the product at home.
