Thankfully, the function matched the form as the buying process and quality and value of the product and service was faultless too. I couldn't comment on their aftersales/support because I didn't need them! I have more tents to buy in the future so will definitely return.

Aug 05,2023Brilliant bell tent plus 4m Great quality and service. Would of been 5 stars but one of the elasticated peg loops came apart when first erected. Poorly crimped, Was fine though I just tied a knot in it.

Aug 04,2023We purchased a 4m Bell Tent for a festival. We went for the 280Gm fabric and were dry the entire time we were camping. The tnt is very well made, lots of things that I wouldn't have thought we needed are already part of the tent. The zips are serious! Nice wide, esy to use and overlap in the corners to stop any unwanted leaking. When it come to putting the tent up, i timed myself the first time, having never put up a bell tent I expected it to take a while! 20 Mins!!! that included stopping to check the instructions!! The ground sheet unzipping was a massive bonus when it came to packing down. The ground was saturated but the main tent was dry. Unzipping the ground sheet meant I could pack the rest of the tent away nice and dry and then when we got home I cleaned down the ground sheet, let it dry and then packed it away nicely. Really happy with our purchase and highly recomend Boutique Camping 👍
