Jul 06,2023We are very pleased with the Tent and accessories we bought from Boutique Camping. The description on the website is very detailed and the Tent is as described. Buying a new tent is a big purchasing decision and before I committed the cash I had a few questions about the items I wanted to order. I tried contacting them by phone and got a recorded message advising me to use the chat facility on the website, which I did and was adivsed to give them a call - felt like I was stuck in an unhelpful loop. I was determined and eventually got to speak to a member of staff who did answer my questions but didn't sound very happy about having to talk to a customer.

Jun 26,2023Great product and service. My Air Nova (5ft) tent arrived within 24 hours. It was easy to put up (and deflate) and looked stunning. So spacious! Just one niggle, re the inner tent, an add-on accessory I bought, which came without any instructions. I had to work out the right order to attach it in (start at one side and go top to bottom missing out the central attachment at the apex of the tent. Also I’m 5ft 6 but, even standing on a camping chair, couldn’t reach to attach the highest toggles as the tent is so huge. I might try to attach them when it’s semi-inflated next time). Also the tent bag is quite big so you might need a roof box for the rest of your things.
