I bought a personalised bunny as a present for a new baby. When it arrived I was absolutely delighted. Exactly like the picture only better in real life. So soft, gorgeous in grey and font was perfect. Would definitely buy from this company again as quality and correspondence was 1st class.

The gift was well received, it was well packed and my brother loved the gift. My only issue was there was on confirmation on payment and no details of shipping was provided until i got a notification from Royal Mail about a shipment arriving.

I made an error inputting my e mail and failed to receive an order confirmation. Left message over weekend to check using their voicemail service but no response do reordered. Received and paid for 2 items but unable to get refund due specific embossing. Use Amazon in future as order process more secure.

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS ...they took my money for a service they failed to.provide. NO GIFT WRAP AS ordered and all they could say was we will refund gift wrap money still have my money have not refunded ..spoilt my graduation party .could have got the same service and product elsewhere !!!!!
