Received a personalised item that was the wrong one and when I was sent the correct replacement which was a gift it was too late to give it. I have been told that I can have a refund but I am still waiting to receive it

The product is lovely enough but it was a disappointing experience. We ordered in good time but our item did not arrive despite an email to say it had been sent. Upon enquiring we were told the courier was returning it to them because the packing had come undone. I would have thought sending out your packages securely would have been quite basic for an internet based business. With having to wait for its return and then sending it back out to me it did not arrive in time for the event it was intended for because they did not choose to send it by the fastest (and therefore I suspect the most expensive way) method possible. This is even though we made clear the urgency of it.

Such a fantastic quality product and delivered with reasonable time. Couldn't have any complaints. And give you assistance to ensure the photo chosen doesn't come out blurry or pixilated in the final product. Definitely purchase future presents from boutique gifts!!!
