I called and spoke to a lovely lady who said she would try to get the hoodie sent out ASAP. It arrived the next day, amazing service. I will definitely be sharing my experience and ordering many more precious memory gifts!

It was only when the gift arrived a second time that I checked my bank account and saw two deductions for this. I contacted them via their website to complain but I’ve not heard back - not impressed at all
