I bought these tiles from Boutique Stone for my en-suite. The customer service was fantastic. I got sent samples very quickly which looked great and got advice on the tiles and grout. I was very impressed with the actual tiles which looked even better than expected when they arrived.

I placed an order with Boutique stone for my tiles but was a bit worried about them arriving in time for my tiler. I needn’t of worried as Alex reassured me that the tiles were in stock and would be delivered this week. They arrived this morning and I love them 😍. Amazing customer service,highly recommend this company! I will be buying from Boutique stone again.

Fantastic tiles from a fantastic company. We have tiled our downstairs floor and the tiler has commented that these were some of the best quality tiles that he has ever worked with. No broken tiles delivered, extremely well packed. We ordered all the extras with the tiles, the adhesive and grout etc. Again great quality. Will definitely be purchasing from Boutique Stone again for our next tiling project. 5*

Driver who made delivery let the loaded pumptruck go and damaged our vehicle parked on a driveway along the whole side. They were not responding for more than a week, refused to do anything, insisted that the delivery driver was self-employed, were rude and completely dismissed their responsibility. Avoid if you don't want issues all the way through. Store's response below is not true either - no one is in contact or accepted the responsibility.

Fantastic products and communication from start to finish. Our tiles have arrived (well packaged and on the requested delivery date) and I cannot wait to see them in situ in the spa our company is working on. We ordered the 90x60cm Digby Limestone for floor and walls and it has a beautiful colour and finish. Just the organic look we are striving to achieve. Additionally, we ordered opal mosaic tiles for a curved shower. Boutique Stone also kindly stored our large order for 6 months as build works were delayed so this was very much appreciated. Definitely a company I would recommend for their personalised service.

Information given on product and delivery was fine. Tiles that arrived were slightly different from the initial sample. This was explained satisfactorily being from a different batch.We decided to keep the tiles. Tiles were delivered earlier than date given.

So many things to rave about ! The tiles choice is so different, which makes it feel quite a unique find. But the bit that makes it unique is the service. Alex particularly helped by checking stick, holding the tiles until we were ready and making sure the delivery arrived . Nothing is too much trouble . The tiles are beautiful and can’t wait to see the finished bathroom .
