Dec 08,2022Tiles purchased for an en-suite we are having refitted and Boutique Stone had the tiles I wanted. Throughout the purchase and post sales, Alex and James were extremely helpful answering all my questions and providing advice where required. I used the pay and store service as I purchased the tiles several months before they were required. Delivery was easy to arrange and delivered on the date agreed. All in all a very positive experience. Would highly recommend and would purchase again from Boutique Stone in the future.

They even reached out to check everything was ok following delivery. Our tiler said he was impressed with the quality of everything. We are very happy customers!

All queries answered within the hour and even on the day of delivery they endeavoured to keep me updated on the progress of the delivery as there wasn't any tracking information. I've honestly never known anything like it. Also very quick delivery. Tiles are beautiful and can't wait to see them transform my bathroom.
