Jan 29,2021If I could give 10 stars, I would! Best in class service and best in class products! I’m one extremely happy customer. I’ve had a terrible time trying to contact suppliers in the UK, for a specific Terrazzo style tile, that I needed urgently. I’ve spent the last week calling and emailing companies relentlessly, but they weren’t answering ANY calls or ANY emails, I was getting so frustrated at the poor service from large businesses who apparently have been operating for 20 or 30 years! I gave up trying to source that particular tile and upon one final ‘Terrazzo tile’ search I came across Boutique Stone. I emailed at 8pm on Wednesday evening, with very little hope that anyone would respond, but to my surprise I received a warm and friendly response immediately! I then received a personalised video, of the tile that I enquired about, which was recorded and sent to me to showcase the tile in a ‘real-life’ setting. I found this really helpful, as you never really know if online pictures are true and accurate and I didn’t have time to order a sample. I was assured the tiles could be sent out the next day (Thursday) via express delivery and as promised, the tiles arrived first thing this morning (Friday). Not only was I blown away by the customer service, speed of delivery and overall care shown, I was so thrilled when I opened the package. The tiles are even better than I expected and far better than the original tile I was trying to source elsewhere, they’re beautiful, stylish, and super cool... it was meant to be! The tiles are being fitted tomorrow and I’m so excited to see the end result. I can’t thank you enough Boutique Stone for making my day! I’ve been telling everyone today about my experience with you and will continue to spread the word 🙏🏻

Jan 16,2021Very quick and helpful- managed to collect some lovely limestone stone floor tiles a matter of minutes before the latest lockdown following a last minute 'phone call. Had the products selected, sorted and waiting for us on arrival, and helped load up the car.

Jan 11,2021We needed our tiles super quickly as our original supplier had let us down. Boutique Stone had what we needed in stock, in enough quantity to satisfy our large order. Best of all they organised next day delivery at no extra charge. We had to take a chance and order without seeing a sample as our whole building schedule depended on getting the ground floor tiled. When the tiles arrived, at 11 am the next day, they proved to be really well packaged and fantastic quality. They are very very good tiles for the the price. I would have no hesitation in using Boutique Stone again and would recommend them to my friends. Thanks again.

James was extremely attentive and very helpful. We loved the handwritten personalised note that came with our first sample - such a nice touch. The branding is very tastefully done, and the website and ordering process is easy and simple. The limestone we purchased is beautiful and really good quality.
