Boutique Stone have been really excellent, they couldn't do enough to help - Nyal even sent me a video of the different grouts next to my chosen tiles when I couldn't decide on the colour. My bathroom fitter has also been impressed with the quality of the tiles so a very happy customer here!

Jan 18,2022A brilliant experience from beginning to end. The website is easy to use and the tiles are beautiful, and unlike all the standard offerings from other tile retailers. The option to order the tiles and have them held with Boutique Stone and delivered later is a really useful service. Every contact I had with James he was professional and extremely helpful. My tiles have arrived and they are even more beautiful in person that I had hoped for. If I could give more than 5 stars as a rating I would. Any tiles I buy in the future will be from Boutique Stone and I can't recommend them highly enough.
