Dec 15,2021I have bought mosaics from the Boutique Stone. They had one of the largest ranges from online retailers that I came across. Initially, mosaics were not in stock due to the problems with shipping from Europe. However, after the email explaining the complexity of the job, mosaics arrived two days later, very well packed. The staff was friendly and helpful. They emailed, called us informing us on purchase progress and helped with grout and other accessories. They made sure that we had enough materials for the task.

Dec 09,2021We're doing a whole house refurb so have bought a LOT of stuff from a lot of suppliers and this is by far the best service from any company so far. We needed more tiles than were available in stock on the website so they personally went to warehouse to count stock and found some extra of what we needed. I ordered on the sat evening, they were sent on the Monday and arrived on the Wednesday morning. Even the delivery driver was lovely. Fantastic product (same as mandarin stone but their lead time was way longer).

Dec 02,2021Cannot thank James enough for taking my call and putting two different batches of Onynx Jade on next day delivery just so that I could choose which batch matched existing ones bought from mandrin stone. So helpful whereas the original company I bought from were taking two weeks before delivery seriously holding up the completion of my bathroom. To top it off Kenny the driver was so nice and didn’t mind or frown about having to take these big tiles upstairs, makes such a change having such a happy accommodating delivery driver. Whereas the other company driver was so grumpy and made a point of saying kerb side only. Win win to Boutique stone. Will defo use you again and recommend you . Well done

Nov 20,2021Amazing service James at Boutique Stone really went above and beyond, helping us to pick a grout color, replacing one or two tiles that had suffered a bit in transit, and arranging speedy delivery when we needed some more mid-tiling. The tiles are beautiful quality and have really made our new bathroom special.

Oct 26,2021Initially there was a mix up regarding delivery. it was thought we had requested pack and hold However once I emailed company to enquire when we could expect delivery this was soon rectified. Tiles are beautiful, we are so pleased with them we decided to expand the area we are tiling and placed a 2nd order. we were also pleased to be offered a discount code to "take sting out of 2nd delivery charge"

Oct 26,2021Absolutely outstanding service, prompt delivery in a very secure pallet, no breakage, and at a time when many other places are failing to meet delivery dates. Our tiler stated how nice the tiles were - terrazzo all the way through rather than just veneer which was great for the edge cuts. We also can't thank the owner enough for accommodating a last minute order when we found ourselves a few tiles short - always order extra, plus it's good to have one stored in case you ever chip or crack a tile in future. Support this great business!

Jan 07,2022I would recommend Boutique Stone and would purchase from them again. I wasn't ready to receive my order when I made it, and it was safely packed until I was ready. Once I requested my order to be delivered, they were fast to despatch and deliver it. The tiles arrived perfect, without any scratches or chips, and are beautiful, true show stoppers!
