Feb 20,2023After going through broadband genie to change to a new supplier I can't recommend them enough. It was a very quick and easy to go through the link and I got the same offer from the supplier as if I'd gone to them direct. Then I was emailed to let me know once I had qualified for the bonus gift card. Gift card was also easy to add to my amazon account and I have already started spending it. It's a no brainer really, it money back for very, very little work

Feb 19,2023The voucher became available after about 3 months from signing up to new broadband deal. However, I waned the M&S voucher but every time I try to claim it, I was told it's not currently available and to try another day. After my initial Trustpilot review, Broadband Genie got in touch and have now sorted out the issue promptly so I now have the voucher I wanted. Looking forward to enjoying this unexpected bonus as I only originally wanted to swap to a more reliable broadband provider.

Feb 18,2023I ordered my broadband through them but Vodafone didn't want to accept my eligibility for a £100 Amazon voucher. Rachel from Broadband Genie personally took care of it and when finally Vodafone denied giving me the voucher, Broadband Genie gave it to me themselves. One of the best customer service experiences I ever had, all my respect is yours!
