Feb 13,2023I am assuming I am reviewing Broadband Genie for the voucher I received for signing up to Broadband with Vodaphone. The voucher was emailed to me as promised. Would prefer it to be automatic if you are entitled to it.

Feb 13,2023The enticing offer of a £110 Amazon voucher if I signed up to Shell Energy Broadband seemed to be a very good offer. Sadly dealing with Shell Energy wasn’t worth the hassle. However Broadband Genie delivered on their part and my voucher arrived last week. I did initially sign up to Shell broadband in November. Not bad going to get the voucher after almost 3months from my initial signing up, it never made that clear in the adverts for the broadband service. Very unclear & misleading. Try to swerve Shell as their customer service is terrible. Can’t fault broadband Genie though
