Mar 13,2023There is a Vodafone Full fibre 1 broadband offer on the website.It comes with £50 gift card.The link leads to Vodafone official webside but their customer service assistants dont know anything about it as probably this is a third-party offer.There is no more information on Broadbandgenie.I have ordered the deal and didnt get any information how can I claim the gift card.Probably this is a fake one.

Feb 28,2023Updated 28/2. Fair play to Broadband Genie. They got in touch next day, asked for details and then sent me a revised voucher, which worked perfectly. I am extremely happy and have changed this to five stars. Exemplary service, thanks guys. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Email with voucher (ref 8824521) took more than 120 days (132 days) to appear and went straight into spam. Wholly invisible. Now unusable. Don't depend on the voucher if you are making a choice about using this site.

Feb 26,2023They say it takes up to 120 days to receive your voucher and they definitely use that whole allowance, I assume in the hopes you'll forget about the voucher, which you then only have 90 days to claim. If the benefit of an amazon voucher is swaying you, probably better to just go for a cheaper monthly deal without the bonus.

Feb 26,2023I had never heard of Broadband genie before, so was sceptical if I would receive my voucher for a recent broadband purchase. It seemed once my provider had confirmed my order, my voucher arrived quickly. A good experience all in all.
