May 06,2020this is disgusting behaviour by this company as a very old customer used this company for many years payments used to be spread over 12 months then they reduced to 6 months now over 4 months so with regular payments you finish up with a lot of credit that stays in their bank account I will be in credit from july and will not need a delivery for probably a year so lots of payments going to them its not on in this current situation and the poor lady on the end of the phone has to give me this info where do they justify this
