Oct 05,2024I love all of the Buddhstoneshop jewelry! Each piece I have purchased so far is beautiful! And yesterday, I had a wonderful experience with their customer service as well! The jade ring I'd ordered was a size too big for me but they are willing to send me another one suitable for ring size. How wonderful is that ?!!

Oct 05,2024I bought 3 meditation jackets. I bought 2 and a 3rd one came free. I bought the red (which is actually a reddish brown), the natural and mustard. The jackets fit me perfectly, the have a nice heavy linen texture. Shipping was long but not outrageous from China. They also dress up a casual pair of pants.

Oct 02,2024Sizing very small it was after I had recieved them they told me that I had to order 2 sizes bigger than my normal fit. This should be on their website they did however offer to send a another pair where I had to pay 10 pounds so pay original price and wait for a refund. No thank you my review stays and I'm putting it down to bad experience. If they would send me and after my delivery I would of gladly paid the postage but this was not agreed so like I said iv put it down to bad experience which is a shame

Sep 29,2024Erste Bestellung aufgegeben, kam pünktlich an,doch die Bestellung wies Qualitätsmängel auf, habe den Service kontaktiert, nach 48 Stunden meldete sich dieser, sagte mir dass ich 2 Ersatzartikel aussuchen könne, war damit einverstanden. Jetzt meldet sich keiner mehr vom Service, erneute Anfrage an besagten Service bleibt unbeantwortet. Habe nun den Paypal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet. Habe Nachricht vom Paypal Käuferschutz erhalten, es wurde zu meinen Gunsten entschieden bekomme eine Erstattung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service von buddahstones ist einfach nur schlecht, jede Mail von anderem Mitarbeiter, kein direkter Ansprechpartner. Keiner weiss was der andere tut,am besten nichts da bestellen. Habe jetzt einen Stern mehr vergeben weil man wenigstens den Versuch machte das zu regeln jetzt. Leider ohne Erfolg.
