Nov 02,2024I ordered three bracelets. Two were fine but the third one does not tighten on my wrist as the description said. The team was very unhelpful in coordinating an exchange or return and in fact asked me to pay for more shipping. The design is faulty and the description was wrong. In such cases your company should take ownership to rectify this. Not going to purchase anything else now.

Nov 02,2024I ordered Linen Shirt & Pants, in XL. The size that fits me with everything else I order and wear. When they arrived 3-4 weeks later, I found that neither Shirt or Pants fit me, not even close. They were easy to deal with, they sent me 3XL instead free of charge. I ordered as plain Linen for both, not coloured. Both lots that arrived, I was expecting them to be the same Linen material/plain linen colour. They are Not. The 3XL are also too small. On top of that, they are dropping shipped from China, and I don't think they are linen. They are very thin, poor quality & I think are just cotton. The pants pockets are a strange thin polyesters or nylon type material, of a different colour also. I gotta say I'm extremely disappointed, after 6-7 weeks waiting & $85 out of pocket, I have two sets that don't fit, look and feel like they are worth maybe $10. I can't judge them on a Single Order, by that's my review for the Only order I'll ever place with them. Note: their service was Good, their product im this case, is not. I don't understand how their Sizing is so far out, they have sizing charts. 3XL should be huge, very loose on me, pants are tight, shirt extremely tight. You might think, maybe I've put on weight? I literally just got an XL short 1 month ago, and it's perfect, perhaps just a little loose even.

Nov 02,2024The bracelet I bought broke spectacularly within a week of wearing it. The stretch material used to string the beads broke when I went to remove it, sending beads everywhere.

Nov 01,2024Customer service responded quickly to my emails about changing the size of one of the items I bought that was too small. The other item was perfect. I really like the material it was made from, it fits well and is comfortable to wear during my qigong training.

Oct 30,2024Overwhelmed to see that the quality is so good ! Great delivery and packaging. Each item is in it's own little bag and box. I love being able to choose my own wrist size as I have small wrists but like the bracelets tight. I also love that everything is symbolic, which makes them all so extra special !
