I bought from them an apparel and a bracelet, and they were NOTHING like the picture! They were total trash! Ugly, discoloured, almost a different product! “Quality” is terrible! And the prices are way to high for what you get! If it was indeed what they show you in the pictures, it would have been acceptable! This is a scam site! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Placed an order of 2 quartz bangles on the 11th December for a Christmas gift, order was delivered 29th December, 1 broken and another incorrect size Requested a return and refund, seller refused to supply return label and attempted to force a replacement which at this point it was not needed due to breakages even before use.Case is now with the bank Extremely poor condition, cheap packaging and customer service that does not listen Will definitely not be buying again Do your research prior as it’s not worth it or the trouble from this company

Had an issue with my order. Two of three items did not look like the picture on the website at all in terms of color and quality. I emailed them to request return authorization of these items however this retailer has made it extremely difficult, requiring photos of all sides of the boxes, the cheap jewelry bags and more. I believe they make it so frustrating that you give up and keep the things. Plus shipping costs with insurance are quite costly. I will never buy from them again.

Unfortunately, this is the lowest review we can give for the experience we have had with this company. Placed an order on 24th December and paid additional for delivery charges and received the order on 5/01/24 damaged and broken. The delivery company has tampered the product and the company ships the product from China which was broken in pieces the moment we received it. It was meant to be a gift now we feel insulted we trusted this company and we're let down.

I ordered 2 bracelets. They came in a timely fashion and were very professionally packaged in a very nice bag inside a beautiful box. They are even better than I thought they would be. Great quality !!!
