Feb 04,2024Bought 3 items and only one ever came. The dragon bracelet that I received was supposed to be made of pure silver. It is absolutely not! It's some kid of hard plastic and is completely fake looking. I have a limited edition Link&Co pure silver bracelet to compare with and you can absolutely tell the difference and how fake their bracelet is! Here is the link: Can't link but do a search on YouTube for "fake bracelet from Buddha stones shop" After a million emails to buddhastoneshop, these charlatans will just fob you off and repeat things as if it's just a copy and paste job until you give up or give in. They will insist you send the item back to some place in China at your cost which will not be cheap. Paying for return postage when they sent me a plastic toy? Ridiculous ! Thankfully PayPal helped me out! Buyer beware!!!

No te dan ninguna solución más que lo devuelvas y corras con los gastos de devolución. Teléfonos de contacto inoperativos. Al leer tu reseña te contestan con un mensaje automático de que no encuentran tu pedido.

Feb 02,2024I bought a bracelet and two necklaces which arrived within around 8 weeks of purchase. The shipping tracking was accurate and it was easy to track the delivery. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the products, higher than I was expecting. The detail is very fine and they don't feel mass produced so I was happy paying a little more for them.

Jan 27,2024I want to preface that I am using a friends account; I ordered from this site but do not have an account with Trustpilot. Just want to say that because sometimes the business will argue "this person never shopped here", I very disappointingly did. I have never had to give a negative review before, anywhere. I am beyond disappointed with Buddhastoneshop and confused at some of the higher ratings on here. The website repeatedly claims that the products are "Authentic, high-quality Dharma items..." and for their retail prices upwards of $40-60 (for the necklaces I purchased), I was expecting their claims to be true. I bought two jade necklaces on sale and received a third one for free during their buy two get one free deal. The wait wasn't a big deal; it took maybe about two weeks to arrive; however, when I received the items, I was shocked. I have a pair of genuine jade earrings, so I'm more than aware of how they are supposed to look and feel, and these were far from it. I wish I could include pictures and videos. The "jade pendant" istg is literally plastic, like not even glass to fool some of us, just straight up plastic. All of them are plastic, and the chain is a joke. The design piece that holds the jade pendant is not at all secure. I can move the pendant around (it does freely on its own when you wear or hold it, etc.) as it's not fully attached by anything, not even glue. It feels and looks cheap. I am so upset by this purchase. These items are not worth the $26 I paid for them individually, and certainly not the $50 they're retailed at individually. If the website had advertised "the appearance of authentic dharma jewelry," I would've had more respect for them, but they advertise it as authentic and quality, which it's not. If you want to purchase from them, maybe their fabric materials would be a better option, although I highly doubt it because their pendant pieces (necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc.) are just plastic. I wish I would have spent the total amount I spent for these two on one actual jade piece elsewhere. I contacted their customer service to make a return, as the return address is not listed on the website. They advertise a "hassle-free return," but it took 8 email chains to finally get an address. They initially wanted me to send them pictures of the items; fine, I did. I explained that these were not genuine or quality items for my return reason, and they said they would check to verify. They responded with "We confirm with the produced department and they said it is normal." ?? This does not help or comfort me at all, of course this is going to be "normal" to you guys since y'all are selling it, and "produced department"? what is this a grocery store. They insisted on my taking a 10% refund instead of sending it back; I felt like I was communicating with a character from a '70s mob film. The return address they gave me is so damn confusing because I have to mail it out to China instead of a hubspot in the US. I tried mailing through USPS, and they can't find a proper address; I tried FedEx, and the same issue, plus the customs shipping price just doesn't compensate. I'm just so upset with this purchase, I bought it for a family member and friend, but I will not be giving them these at all. If these are not genuine pieces, then advertise that; don't advertise plastic as being quality and authentic and then argue with me that they are, when they clearly are not. I just hate people and business like these, this is a scam, as you unknowingly pay a lot of money for crap and then thrown into a loophole of not even being able to return it. If you are considering buying something from them, please save your money, buy something similar literally anywhere else, on amazon even, at least they can guarantee a return.

Pedí un brazalete de protección Om mani padme hum (2x1) pero he recibido algo distinto (pulsera Onchi Trends) Me he comunicado por WhatsApp, por email, el teléfono de atención al cliente no está operativo. Desearía recibir lo que pedí. Sé de su política de devoluciones y demás, pero no me parece razonable la respuesta obtenida. No me obliguen a ponerme en contacto con OCU y con mi abogado para reclamar lo pedido. N.B.: es increíble la respuesta recibida (automatizada). Dann möchte man nach sehr lange Wartezeit und Lieferzeit umtauschen, welches man auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken muss. Dann heißt es noch die Retoure sei nie angekommen!!! Das Geld ist somit weg !!! Einmal bestellt nie wieder Für mich absolut China shipping !
