I'm currently having financial difficulties and called Budget Insurance to make a payment, spoke to Nadia on the customer service team and she was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. I usually end phone calls feeling frustrated or anxious but she put my concerns to rest and was just lovely to speak to. I hope someone sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves :)

Quite a saving from my current insurer, very easy to do on line.
I thought I was going to have accept a premium for minimum cover from another company but then Budget Insurance came up & I managed to get Fully Comprehensive for less cost than the original. I can’t thanks Budget enough at this time of ever increasing costs.
Got a great price for my wife’s car insurance and everything was fine until she got a new vehicle and we obviously needed to change the policy mid-term. Not sure why it costs £25 to make an amendment as it’s all done online but we knew that beforehand so no problem. However, the issue was that the system wouldn’t let us do it online (we went through the whole process twice and then it said we couldn’t do it when we tried to pay at the end). I couldn’t find a telephone number to ring, so went through the online chat (which seems to cut off after a certain length of time, meaning you have to log back in again). We actually got two different quotes, which were considerably higher than the online one we had got earlier but hadn’t been able to complete. The two chat people we spoke to were actually very good, so a big thanks to them. And it’s fine by us if everything is done online to save us and them money, but the web system then has to work properly. We did log this as an issue and they emailed us - said they had tried to call but we didn’t appear to get a missed call from them and they certainly didn’t leave a message. Instead, they sent a comprehensive email dismissing the whole thing, which is a shame, though their response time is good.
