Mar 31,2025Budget insurance stating that because I enquired and requested information on a previous car (different insurance policy) for criminal damage that had been done that this was me making a claim (never heard this in my 10 years of driving) Then when I had a telephone call with them, the women that i was speaking to was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful this woman rudely said that I should have mentioned the claim (not a claim) and (that maybe I should have phoned up to tell them about the claim sounding rather condescending) I did not know that asking for information on criminal damage to your car is you making a claim. Awful service and put my insurance up by 600 for the year.
