She worked with me closely to get me cost effective itinerary and less travel hours with minimum layover. If one is new to any transit airport, she provides info about the airport and transit area. Awesome booking service.

Jul 04,2024Our trip from start to finish was a failure The agent made a mistake of doing one trip from Atlanta to Doha. Then made another ticket from DOHA to Dubai instead of a continuous trip. We have to get another ticket from Doha to Dubai. We had to sleep in Doha airport for the night because the next trip was in the morning. Because of the confusion we were not able to get one of our luggage and it took 2 days before we were able to get it. We lost one day stay in Dubai. We arrived Manila on the expected date of arrival. We were suppose to stay in the Philippines until June 29,2024 but because of health issues we had to change it to May 04, 2024. We contacted the BCC agent who arranged the flight. On the day of departure while checking in we were informed that we have no ticket. We were told that we only paid for the difference in price. Since we were pressed for time already we paid anther $1500.00. The BCC agent did not inform us of this. We finally reached Atlanta on May 4. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!

Jul 04,2024The price was no different than if I had booked it myself, I asked if I would be able to modify it before purchasing, but when it came time to change the flight due to work schedule I was unable to handle it myself with the airline, I had to get the agent involved to change it. And one of the 4 legs was booked economy to make it appear as a $500 discount when in fact there was zero discount, just one leg economy. It was $500 to swap that leg to business, zero savings. Very misleading.

Jul 04,2024While Sophie tried to be helpful after my flight was canceled midway through my trip, I still have no documentation that shows why my flight was canceled. It’s been frustrating not to have official documentation from the airline so I can get reimbursed from my insurance. I ended up having to pay the difference (300 dollars) and I should not have. This was a horrible experience and I will never use them again.

Jul 04,2024In order to choose seats more than 24 hours in advance, I had to pay almost $1,000...this was not made clear to me at the time that the tickets were booked. Since I was traveling with children, I had to do this to insure we all sat together. Not a good experience.

Jul 10,2024We always use Business Class Consolidators. Their travel agents always find the best deals on business class. I look myself to check and they always come up with a better price. They are easy to deal with, thorough and communicate quickly. I would highly recommend them.
