Aug 22,2024Although I'd made reservations well in advance, there was a scheduling change that impacted my return flight, Ann Bennet got a hold of me and worked out a solution that was satisfactory. We landed in San Diego instead of LAX and it turned out to be a much better experience.

Aug 15,2024First of all, my entire trip went smoothly without any problems. It was set up by Ann Bennett and she did a great job. She put up with my questions over the past 8 plus months for which she deserves multiple stars. Every part of the trip went smoothly. There was a change in one of my confirmation numbers but an E-mail to Ann got a response on the same day,a Sunday to reassure me that for some unknown reason the airline changed the number but all flights were fine. Anytime I had a question or concern she was great at explaining to me and reassuring me that everything was ok. She was quite efficient in arranging all my flights and indeed they all turned out great. We did not have any problems. There was easy transfer and connecting between the long haul flights and the in Africa flights which she set up. In addition the price was great. I would highly recommend BUSINESS CLASS CONSOLIDATOR and specifically ANN BENNETT to set up any and all flights needed for one’s trips or vacations.

Aug 15,2024Overall, I was pleased. My contact kept in constant contact with me when changes to the flight happened. There was some confusion with a brief layover time in one country and making my flight in time. Overall, I’m pleased with the service received.

I recommend BCC to all my friends already, but also on the most recent Viking cruises, was giving out your contact information to everyone who found out we used you. Despite my constant checks and having to work around dates and costs plus my hearing impairment which meant we could only converse through texts she kept helping me get the best deal. My first class BA return trip San Francisco-London June-July 2024 was absolutely out of this world.
