Jun 25,2024When I first had contact with this company, I was quite sceptical of them since their quote for my business class tickets were quite low. However, the agent, Ann, was terriffic. She eased my scepticism and went over all details with me and got me the appropriate tickets. She was quite patient with me. She also made arrangements for some of the smaller flights I needed for my trip. She explained everything to me in detail. More important she put up with my frequent calls and questions. I would recommend her and her company without hesitation.

Jun 21,2024Great experience and delivered as promised. We loved the United flight from Newark to Rome. Wonderfully comfortable. We also loved the Swiss Air flights from Florence to Zurich, and Zurich to O’Hare. O’Hare was a mess upon arrival. Our next over seas trip will mandate avoiding O’Hare at all costs We are so glad and pleased the we found BCC.

Sasha was excellent, she was prompt with correspondence and follow up. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be definitely have them quote any future flights

Jun 18,2024There were some hiccups on both ends of the trip and Melany was right there to help solve the problems. Travel has become a lot more difficult since Covid. Itineraries with tight connections, routes that add hour(s) to travel time; none that are the fault of the person scheduling the trip. But that didn’t stop Melany from doing whatever she could to assist.

Jun 18,2024Have been using BCC for several years and have been very pleased. I always check a different website to get an idea of pricing, but BCC is always less expensive, plus it's easy to discuss the possible route I want. A few years ago when we were traveling to Bucharest, Alexis (my regular agent) found a deal with Lufthansa that included 2 free nights in Frankfurt (had to choose among certain hotels, but we found one in an area that was not far from town center). She also is sure that our wheelchair requests are honored. If there is ever a problem, it's great to know she's on "the other end" rather than take our chances with some strange agent with other websites.
