Jun 04,2024We were four people, two American couples (the Damman’s from Northern CA and the Hartnett’s from SoCal) traveling to Prague, Chech Republic to board a river cruiser for two weeks on the Danube River, debarking in Sofia, Bulgaria. Manuel and the BCC team got us great flights on excellent airlines for quite reasonable airfares. We’ll definitely use their superb services again!

Jun 04,2024Putting us on a flight to Amsterdam but having us get off in Barcelona caused a lot of concern over the luggage. We had terrible seats on the BA flight from Heathrow to LAX because our consolidator didn’t reserve seats for us. We were kept awake the whole flight by the noise and light from the bathrooms. At LAX we were told we were not booked on the flight to SMF. Unacceptable. Will never use BCC again !!!

Jun 04,2024We had a wonderful experience--first class all the way. Initially, we had one leg of our trip that was not business class, but Ann Bennett was able to get us the upgrade prior to the flight--yaay! We will definitely use BCC and Ann again!

Jun 01,2024The process of booking was smooth and they got me a deal and seats not readily available elsewhere. For my return leg, Air France downgraded me for some reason and Mark S quickly helped get me on another flight and even better seats on Delta One suites and at no charge. Highly recommend!
