May 08,2024This was our 2nd time using BCC for our international travel. We were very happy with the price and the airlines. Just a small note, older adults need a little more time, than 1 hour, to get from gate to gate. Originally we were supposed to have two hours, but we were an hour late getting to our first destination and we had to run.

May 08,2024They were able to get me a business class ticket at a slightly discounted price than what I could get directly from the airline. They were clear and forthcoming on many issues (like one of the tickets that they had suggested was a connection but on 2 separate tickets, which would require me to check in my bags etc. once again or where I had to switch airports to take a connection). I really appreciate their frankness in these cases. However, there were other areas where I had to ask before they came forward with the information (like the ability to gain miles on my travel was only possible for an added or higher fare). Overall, I am satisfied with the professionalism with which they dealt with me.

May 08,2024I don't believe I got my money's worth in this transaction. Unfortunately, the airlines changed our seats and my husband and I were not seated together. He has memory issues and because I wasn't seated with him, he left his phone on the plane. If I had been seated with him, I don't think this would have happened.

May 07,2024I love the support when purchasing. However , after the sale, it’s very complicated if any changes occur with the trip or if you miss a flight. The airlines aren’t support any assistance and unfortunately BCC has not been able to assist me either. Twice I’ve been stuck in foreign countries for days with very limited support and zero options.

When he passed away she adjusted the tickets so that I could use them. And did all of this cheerfully and efficiently. I have recommended her several times.

May 01,2024We just booked with Victoria a very difficult flight itinerary it was a multi departure and arrival, she worked with me relentlessly trying to provide me with everything on my wish list and I had a lot of wishes. She never gave up on me and found us an amazing itinerary and an amazing price too. It is my first time using this company but will definitely be using Victoria again for future travel. Apr 24,2024Maris booked us on Air Canada (AC) from Montreal to Casablanca. AC notified us of change of equipment and put us in premium. Maris told us we would not be refunded the difference but that he could rebook business for the next day, which we took. AC cancelled that flight after we sat on the plane 4 hours, put us in straight economy the next day and only gave us a partial refund for the difference. Maris did nothing to help, although claiming he was working on it. SO FAR, NOTHING
