Dec 19,2023Kira at Business Class Consolidator was amazing and fast - she helped book my family for a trip to India with a stop in London. She got us booked within 2-3 days of the initial call. Even when the airline had to make changes to a leg of the flight she was able to handle the changes easily & quickly. The prices she booked were fabulous & she was able to book us on our preferred airline- Virgin Atlantic. This is my 2nd time using your services & I would highly recommend your company. Thank you for making the trip hassle free!

Dec 09,2023Terrible service and dishonest agent. The boiler plate response from this agency means nothing because they don't change anything and still refuse to do the right thing. They booked me a ticket that was illegal with the airlines rules and if I would have taken the flight as booked, I could have lost my American Airlines Executive Platinum status for life. Not worth it. Stay away from this company. And I have NEVER written a negative review for anyone but I thought people should be warned about this company because it is a lot of money at risk when you do business with them.

Dec 07,2023Maris was greatly helpful in setting up the transportation for our trip. There were several changes to the itinerary due to rescheduling by the airline which he coordinated with us. When the trip was cancelled, he handled the refunds in a timely manner. His service were excellent.

Dec 01,2023What makes BCC stand out, besides good pricing, is the service provided by my agent, Stephen Orloff, whom I ve worked with and purchased air tickets from for the past ten years. June 2023, Air Canada cancelled our return flight to SFO from Venice, I couldn’t get thru to Air Canada thru their Italian, Canadian nor US customer service to rebook. Stephen answered my CA time 4:30 am and rebooked our party of six within a few hours. I had to cancel a flight to HK after I have checked in online the night before departure and Stephen again answered my call and proceeded to cancel and refund my tickets without delay.

Dec 20,2023This here is the wrong email! I told Melany three times to change it! Hence the airline used the wrong email to notify of a long delay - could have slept 2 hrs more which has a great impact on a 24 hrs journey to follow.
