Going with this company saved us about $2000 per ticket compared to Kayak or other search engines, I already told her that we will continue to deal with her and this company!!!!

Jan 24,2024The BCC were able to find the best tickets option for me and did better than a few other companies I contacted. That was great. However, as soon as I paid, the support ended. I had a question about baggage about a week before my flights, and tried e-mailing my agent and also Cc'd a general company e-mail. After 2 attempts and no response I had to spend a lot time trying to figure out the answer from all the airline companies' websites.

Jan 24,2024It was my 1st time using this business, so I was nervous. 'Kayleigh' my assigned personnel stayed with through all steps and monitored and advised me all changes. Kudos for her superb customer service skills. We ended up being friends. Only Feedback I have is, try to keep longer lay overs if flying with different carriers, with different tickets.
