from selecting the car to receiving the car was a smooth and easy process. The staff always acted quickly to get things moving and was friendly when responding to questions. I was informed about the order updates all the time and received the car in good time!
Lovely Experience
The one star is for how easy it is to get the car. Very easy process. I would in fact give zero stars if I could for the service thereafter. When the car got delivered it had a broken brake light, which they said they will pay for but we had to sort out getting it fixed. We had to take it to a Halfords which was 30 mins away. Had to take 2x cars because they needed the car all day to do diagnostics. So 30 min drive back home. Then another 30 min drive to collect it and then a 30 min drive home, again in 2 cars. The second key didn’t work. They told us to take it to our nearest Land Rover and they would repair it free or charge. Guess what, our nearest Land Rover is 30 mins away. The radio kept cutting out. Then whilst visiting family; my wife noticed the engine was smoking. Thank god we opted for the additional warranty. The car got collected and taken to nearest Land Rover. Our car was ‘missing’ for 4 days and nobody knew where our car was, and the garage didn’t know who it belonged to. We weren’t given a courtesy car until the car was checked over to make sure we weren’t at fault. Anyway, Land Rover eventually checked over the car and told us that one of injectors was leaking oil and diesel - so that caused the engine problem. Not only that; we learnt that the front brake discs and pads had to be changed there and then because the car was dangerous to drive. One of the front tyres also needed changing because it was very close to the legal limit. All in all, a couple of grands worth of work that needed doing. I won’t lie - they paid for all the works to be complete without a fuss and we eventually got our car back after a couple of weeks. Obviously, we made a complaint after hearing about the poor standard of the vehicle we had been sold. Their website states that they offer peace of mind and that the car undergoes rigorous testing - PLEASE NOTE: THEY DO NOT UNDERTAKE ANY TESTING THEMSELVES. THE DEALERS THEY GET THE CARS FROM DO THE MOT’s AND THEY DO NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE THE ADVISORIES - IT IS AT THEIR DISCRETION (which of course they won’t add because they want rid of the cars) In our complaint we expressed that we felt really let down by the fact that we were under the impression we would be getting a good quality car (and paying £450 a month for it) and this just wasn’t the case. We wanted to return the car and have no further dealings with this company. They refused and continue to refuse now. Their response is consistently that the consumer act states that they must be given an opportunity to make it right first. They happily throw money at the car but we have to do all the running around to get it done. They don’t seem to understand that we disagree with the company and how it works. They refuse to listen to our reasonings and concerns and just throw that back every single time. They admitted in their emails to us that they ask that their dealers provide cars with a minimum standard to last the first 1000-3000 miles and they did what was easier for them by paying for the repairs rather than taking the car back. They still refused even though my wife suffers with anxiety and is worrying about the state of the car and doesn’t want to drive it. They do not have their customers best interests at heart at all. We are taking the matter further and I urge anyone looking at buying a car this way to reconsider. I wouldn’t use one of these companies ever again. Oh and we’ve only had the car for 2 months.

I found this company whilst searching for cars online and they beat the prices of most places simply due to how much selection they have! Being able to buy a car from anywhere in the country really opens up the selection. They delivered my car quickly once all the checks were carried out and when I had some issues they transported back to the dealership to fix it and compensated me for my lack of vehicle in the meantime! They really out the customer first and they're customer service is excellent. Could not recommend this company more
My old car had done me proud but I was definitely overdue a newer one. I was nervous about buying a car online, but I had no need to worry. From putting down a deposit, I was contacted regularly with updates and phone calls and emails were answered quickly. 2 weeks later, my car was delivered and I couldn’t be happier.
