What a fantastic company I had great report with Leon from start to finish He gave me great advice and we had some great banter while he took my money It was like an anaesthetic to relieve the total price In fairness to him it was the cheapest around It arrived on time and with a very nice delivery driver One of the staff not a contractor so he cared about the company too All in all a fantastic service from start to finish Oh when will the cleaner be round we must be due a free wash by now I have used another company before now but I will be staying with these guys now 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good communication with Ryan from the beginning, answering technical questions and assisting with some initial delivery issues. Very pleased with the 8x 10mm toughened glass panels all at different sizes and all supplied within 1mm of requested sizes. Beautiful polished edges and 5mm corners rads look really smart. Would definitely recommend.

When ordering glass and paying for the item online I should not have to be faced with being asked for more money to pay for the item due to faults from the company. If a deal was made and item was paid for you should honour that sale regardless of your incompetence. I would advise to look for another company or be prepared to pay additional cost on top of sale price. Customer service was not at all helpful.

I called inquire about a whole sheet of 2100mm x 2100mm toughened glass and straight away , Yep we can do that. I'd been let down by another two companies prior. The communication and arranged delivery date were 100% perfect and delivered on the date organized

All went okay with the order. Good value . Unfortunately, we had issues with the fitting of the glass ( it cracked) as we should have made the glass about 6mm more smaller to allow for the tape and some tolerance. Decided to just replace the full window now.

The staff at BuyGlass have been extremely helpful, from the sales to the delivery driver. The prices are very competitive, at least 30% cheaper than buying locally. The quality of the glass is excellent and very well finished. I would highly recommend this company.

I needed some thick glass for a hearth. I called at a local supplier who offered me two thicknesses of glass on a "take it or leave it" basis. I scoured the internet and eventually came across BuyGlass. Almost endless options, rapid turnaround, simple and convenient delivery and a price that was cheaper than my local supplier.

Very happy with the whole order system. Delivery was seamless and the delivery driver was extremely courteous. We received a telephone call in advance of delivery on the day to give us notice of when the delivery would be made which was really appreciated. Would highly recommend this company.
