Jun 13,2022Overall end to end service was good. Free delivery & online discount over £500 is what made me choose this company & the prices were competitive compared to other online companies. There was a delay from placing the order to getting a delivery date, I had to make contact to obtain this information as the delivery was off site so had to arrange time off work for the delivery. I did receive notification the day before the delivery with a time slot of between 08.00 & 16.00 & the truck arrived at 07.50. unfortunately one of the panels had been damaged prior to delivery, however after calling the company on the same day, I received a call back within 2hrs informing me that the panel would be delivered 5 days later & it was delivered as promised. Good quality product. I was on my own to receive the panels & some were quite large & heavy however both of the drivers were very helpful & assisted in offloading the panels from the truck. I would recommend that if there are any issues to phone the company rather than email as the response was quicker. overall pleased with the service.

Advice from the delivery guy on how to offload was very helpful. A very happy customer and the glass with my oak hand and baserail looks superb.

Apr 26,2022No problem with the glass but communication is awful. Gave a delivery date, asked me to confirm I would have someone there to receive, I contacted them the day before to confirm - they did not reply and then they emailed on the day to say they were about to despatch. They missed their next delivery day, gave a guarantee that they would be there before 12.00 on the 3rd date and delivered at 16.00. Cost more than the glass in having guys standing around for them.

Apr 21,2022Unfortunately the glass ordered was damaged twice, third time delivered Ok. Driver great. No communication regarding when day or time of delivery even though had asked. Charged extra for rubber feet on glass third delivery, hoped this would be included in the inconvenience of 3 deliveries. All I all bad experience.

Mar 18,2022Arguably the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Anyone looking to order glass I would highly advise you go elsewhere. On two occasions now I have been told my order will arrive that day and then it doesn’t turn up. Quite hard arranging help to lift the glass when it weighs over 60kg as there couriers do not help. Pay a little more people and go to a proper company.

The glass (a walk-on skylight panel) was exactly as ordered (better than 0.2mm accuracy in all 3 dimensions) and delivered by a very helpful chap with all the right paperwork to the right address and all for a decent price. That's all I want from any supplier!
