Jan 03,2023Item was purchased from BuysBest and posted 22/11/2021 received on 25/11/21 this item had a 3 year Guarantee when purchased, Buys Best have stated they are not going to repair or replace the item which had a 3 year Guarantee Buybest are the point of sale,Now taking this problem to Trading standards. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY CALLED BUYSBEST.You would think this company would at least pass the information regarding the Address of the said company,this just shows your poor communication with your customer.

Dec 31,2022I ordered a PetSafe Smart cat flap on the 25th December and it arrived on the 29th December.......now that's just fantastic service in my book and I would recommend this company "BuysBest" to everybody. This company advertised the most competitive price by a long way and it was postage included. I read some of the negative reviews after the order was placed and was concerned with some of the points raised. I would just like to clarify, from experience, to potential customers that "buysbest.co.uk" is not a scam outfit but in fact a 5 Star company. Make sure you have shopped on this company and not the many similary titled and foreign based outfits before leaving negative reviews.
