Jun 23,2023Placed an order on the 15.06.23. Had no updates on when to expect my order. Phoned them and was told they will investigate. Again no phone calls back. No emails no updates. I phoned to request a refund and the lady said she will do it and I should get the refund the same day as the order was damaged in transit. I did think that a same day refund is not realistic. Still no refund. She said she would email me a confirmation but did not receive any emails from this company. Bad service, I will never trust to order from them again.

May 04,2023They have sent the delivery of 3800 to the wrong address and refused to take the responsibility of their uneducated/unprofessional behavior and the DHL driver has signed the delivery on our behalf without our knowledge. They later communicated that DHL will collect the parcel and delivery it to your delivery address which is in Manchester on 19th DEC 22 and that never happened I have given them two different addresses one for billing and 2nd for the delivery, buybest accepted that they have sent it mistakenly to the billing address the DHL driver has left the parcel in the doorway and didn't call us or informed us at all Later, they have been insisting that I should get them the camera's footage which I did provide them, and since they got no way but to resend me the item or refund my money they refused to do it so I was dead clear by providing them the delivery address separately

Jan 29,2023I ordered a kitchen bin in September, £68. by November it was breaking, and by January it was completely broken. I emailed asking for a replacement or a refund as the bin was clearly not fit for purpose. I had a response to my first email pretending they couldn't see the pictures I attached, since then I have emailed 4 times for a response and they are ignoring me over and over. diabolical customer service, I would say this website is a scam.

Jan 24,2023I have Amazon Prime so typically shop online there. However, BuysBest was much cheaper and delivered next day whereas Amazon had three day delivery estimate. Happy to support smaller UK business.
