Aug 21,2024Ordering was easy, good selection, delivery was quick. Website said free delivery over $75 but then when you got to checkout you still had to pay due to area codes - a bit misleading. All in all a good experience.

Aug 13,2024Issue mainly down to courier DHL who ‘tried’ to deliver 3 times but due to a nearby road closure, refused to try to go around it and just said they could not access the property. They offer no contact methods. Amazon, yodel & postman have all managed to get to us. Sadly I made two calls to BTB and both times they had little interest in discussing the situation or trying to resolve. A week later I have no idea what is going on with my order.

Jun 26,2024Fake Pickerings Gin bottles are fraudulent colours are wrong, Cant get a response for an refund, Bottles are completely wrong and do not match pickerings and have been confirmed to be duplicates.
