Jun 06,2015Selecting a design element was easy with lots to choose from. Keying in the information was also easy, although I had to play a little with it to get what I wanted. The most difficult part of the process was editing, reviewing what I had keyed in. Delivery was right on time. Overall service excellent. Prices fair.

Jun 05,2015I needed something in a very short time and the customer service rep was courteous, professional and suggested ways to help me. I ended up finding out the pick up location was very close to me so I ended up saving on shipping costs. Will definitely use this service again.

Jun 04,2015I ordered some wristbands and when they arrived they were not the correct ones. I emailed them about the issue and 3 days later had still not received a response so I called them. The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful and rectified my problem by shipping out a new order that was supposed to arrive Monday (it is now Wednesday) and I've not received the new order yet. I just hope it comes before our event... The quality of the product was good (on the incorrect product) so I am hopeful that when the right order does come it will meet our needs but the 3 day turn around in email for a shipping error and the fact that the new order still hasn't arrived a few days after it was supposed to be here isn't spectacular.

Jun 01,2015Just received the raffle tickets. I used the custom design feature and included my own photo. The design process was intuitive and straightforward. I opted for the slower, cheaper delivery.... but they still arrived a couple of days before the estimated time. The tickets are sharp and impressive looking. The price was reasonable. Not hard to guess where I'll be going when our group needs more raffle or other tickets printed.
